Trading is great, but we need to be able to hide or block price fixers

Check out the cards for succor of the sinless. In four weeks I have offered every asking price under 2ex and every one has been refused. There’s a handful of cards and then one guy comes on and 29 more appear, all valued at 19c or 29c.

I found one card, I’d like a set, but this guy is scamming people so hard you can’t buy them, and when he’s online he hits me with dozens of request for 1ex, cancels and repeats over and over again.

Can’t I block him? I don’t want to sell mine for that, but I’m willing to for a fair price, and I’d love to see cards to maybe go for a set without his 30 misleading cards making it impossible to see what is his and what isn’t.

This isn’t enjoyable.

I don’t care who he is, keep it anonymous, but let me toggle a given user’s posts off or let me block them entirely, let us remove price fixers from our menu. It would improve things so much.

And don’t get me wrong, I love this trade system, I just found one really terrible poster I’d like to avoid. Normally it blows the chat based PC system out of the water in terms of making the game more fun.

Or let us report fake posts refused at asking, and if there’s like five from five players, hand out short suspensions to price fixers who lie to scam people.

It’s a great system, but something like this would make it better.

I feel your pain but there is one thing that you need to know. Price fixing isn't against the rules so it doesn't matter what you say, it will not change.

Just move the card out of the tab and be done with it. I just checked it out and it is definitely one person price fixing. It happens in all games with free economic systems.

I know it is childish but if they keep offering and spamming you, return then favour. Include a message and say you won't stop until they stop price fixing. It won't work but if it annoys them even slightly then that's something.

So is complaining on a forum that someone isn't playing fair but here we are talking about it.

I don’t think it’s silly. I’m certain there are QOL changes that would minimize this issue, same as any other, if the devs are interested in doing so.

Just because other devs don’t do something doesn’t mean these devs might not see the point, as they have with several kinds of griefing so far.

Never hurt to mention, that’s what feedback is for.

Add a buy it now option and let us have more filters.

Rares don't sell for the simple fact that it's way too hard to find good ones as every one puts every little rare that they find on their public tabs, 90% of the rares on the market just should have been vendored.

More filters, buy it now option and it would be so much better.

Tough to say, but there must be something.

Personally I love the idea of a "buy it now" feature for meeting asking price.

If you want 2ex and I give you 2ex, why shouldn't it be automatic like in a store? If I offer you less, you can accept or refuse.

Then at least people would have to list their items for what they feel is fair, instead of BSing people in an effort to scam others into selling for less.

There's no need for scams in a videogame. It's sad that people act that way, and it's sad we need features to combat a minority who ruin stuff for others, but we do.

Also i notieced the other day ALL the jewellers orbs wer going 20 jewler orbs for 20c...... Today ALL are going fir 3c for 20c. Not complaining cuzi needed them, but people ha e said its usually the same person/group price fixing.

I guess we just need more players.

For reals. So much garbage rares, couple of my friends say stuff like "whats 1 mans trash is the next oersons treasure". Yaj right, garbage is garbage lol...

What sucks is the halfway decent ones people want 5ex+ for. My Cyclone Chieftain hit a gear wall..... 7 mods are completly useless on my gear. Ive even offered 50c for low ilvl, tier 4 rolled rares and got declined.

Lost me at "trading is great", if it was you wouldn't be here whining. It's literally one of the worst aspects of the game besides the god awful performance.

Lol wait till you need corrupted jewels or any other niche item. Have to go through 700 pages (both online and offline cause corrupted uniques rare)

Browsing 700 pages is like 10-15min and u cant scroll too fast or timeout lol
