What build resembles the Holy Freeze Zealot?

My favourite hardcore build in diablo 2 was a paladin (zealot) who used Zeal and had the Holy Freeze aura. It was pretty much a gimped version of a fana zealot but still I loved the build. I played it for years in SP HC P8.
Anyway I want to make this character in POE. What class/ascendancy and what skills resemble the holy freeze zealot the most? I was thinking Inquisitor but have no idea about the attack skill or aura (frostbite?) I'm not looking for a meta speedfarm build. [Removed by Support] Last bumped on Jan 31, 2020, 7:12:09 AM

Glacial hammer with temporal chains I guess? Although it is probably redundant to have both.

Occultist Frigid wake is a almost fullscreen freeze aura, which with temp chain and some curse effect freezes chilled stuff for ~1.6 sec.
