Need help about core pack upgrade " You can not receive physical goods for this pack "

Hello, it's been days since i'v sent an e-mail to support but still no answer so i try my luck in there ;

i purchased crusader core pack weeks ago and upgraded it to eyrie while chosing to get more point and not the physical product ;

i'm willing to upgrade once again but when trying to doing so, this message pop up :

"You can not receive physical goods for this pack as you are upgrading from a package you have previously opted out of physical goods for. To receive physical goods remove the upgrade or contact support."

But, this time, i really want the physical product, i skipped it in past upgrade because i tough i would upgrade once again and that i could get the physical product without issue next time i'd upgrade...

I don't mind having the bonus point removed from the upgrade, i really want the physical product !

Can anyone help me ?

Also, It is safe to upgrade now while waiting for support to answer ?

You have to wait for support. I suspect they will have you purchase back the points they gave you and then let you upgrade it as desired.

i don't want to purchase anything else than the already costly upgrade, why not just removing the point after the upgrade ? :<
Either way, they aren't going to discuss this via the forums. All you can do is wait.

And DON'T send them any more emails, that will only put your ticket back to the end of the line if you do.

. On your previous purchase you chose points instead of physical goods. I expect they will want you to correct that by purchasing the points previously given. They will then deduct the points and ship out the physical items you didn’t get before. After that your supporter pack will be eligible for an upgrade to receive physical items. I haven’t a clue if they will take that route or not.
