Could we have ways to ignore scammer-like offers?

Yes you have it already.

1) either do not have your stash open for sale (Yes I know then how do you sell it)

2) Take the item out and put it back in for sale. (This resets it location on the trade board so it is harder to find)

3) lastly do not respond to him, do not reject the offer. It stays in his que of offers and yours (and yes it takes up a spot of receiving offers but you will never get one back from them as the game says you already have an offer to the person)

Other then that not much you can do but put up with the silly offers you get for items.
