How to turn down (off) item tooltip transparency?

Hello, I really struggle with crafting in this game because it hurts my eyes. I can barely read the text when seeing stuff in the background of the tooltip.

Is there any way to make the tooltip of items not transparent?

If not could this please be implemented?

I've 'problems" to read stats, when the tooltip is over the chat (trade, global etc.).
Would love to have a slider or so, to adjust the transparency.
