Time for a PC upgrade

SO, its time to upgrade my 7 yr old PC as it is starting to have GPU issues even with the settings turned down. The specs are as follows-

Board - Asus maximus formula V
CPU - Intel i5-3570 Ivy Bridge
GPU - GTX 660 TI
RAM - 16gb (forget frequency)
Drives - 60bg SSD(boot drive), 300gb storage(mechanical)

The build I have put together will run around $600 and is follows-


Board - Asus prime B450m(Ryzen 2/ AM4)
CPU - Ryzen 5 2600
GPU - Power Cooler RX 570 4 gb
RAM - Crucial 16gb ddr4 3000 mhz
Drives - Adata SU800 128gb SSD(boot drive), WD Blue SN500 500gb M.2(mass storage)
Throw in a new case and a couple of new fans

So, my question is(with POE being the main game I play and maybe a little CS:GO) how capable would this system be? Im not trying to run anything crazy just want a smooth POE experience.

It will run mostly fine, depending on settings.

I currently use a Ryzen 5 1600 (stock settings) and a Radeon RX 570 4GB(overclocked to 1350 MHz), getting a mostly steady 74 FPS on 1440p. Of course it will drop some when there's a lot of screen action. As a point of reference you can go to act 4/9 town and stand on the waypoint, the water/blood there will be the most graphically taxing non-combat situation I have encountered so far in PoE.

Right now the 4 GB VRAM capacity will not be an issue in Path of Exile. Other games might require more, mostly depending on texture settings.

Act 4/9 WP's give me an average of about 59/60 fps, dropping to about 48/50 as soon as I start moving.
