3.9 BUILD CRITIQUING NEEDED ---CI CRIT FREEZING PULSE BLOCK

welcome. this is my first build attempt solo and am really enjoying it so far.. BUT i am hoping to get advice from people who know a lot more than me.

I Wanted to go ci to avoid chaos damage and crit for dps i also added some block chance for some defence

Mainly its skill setup to help with Survivability and damage but also tree optimisation and gear tips appreciated!

i have just reached maps and can do tier 3-4 easily except my boss dps is pretty low.

i have never posted a thread before so i dont know how to do all the flashy drop down tabs etc but my character is odbfreeze in metamorph league via my profile.
