Plague Bearer breaks Necrotic Cloak effects.

Basically the title. Just bought the cloak to wear with my poison build. But when i activate plague bearer the cloak loses the pulsing glow in the veins as well as the glow in the eyes of the skulls. Overall the whole cloak becomes much darker as well.

Is this a bug or intended? Cant see why it would be intended as it makes the cloak look considerably worse imo.
