Map issue and suggestion

I'm having a really hard time with the new mapping system. Now maps can drop in so many levels that 1. I'm having huge sustain issues and 2. It's really hard to locate maps in the tier you want to buy e.t.c. Why don't you make it so that all maps drop without any tier and they just run at whatever tier your map is currently in your atlas. That would make sustain easier, it would make locating and buying maps easier e.t.c. You could just set up the map tab in alphabetical order and call it good. This would fix a plethora of issues all at once.
