Searching for help

I am new to the game i wanna start with ranger can somebody explain me what build should i go and tell me how to get to those items i know nothing about this game xD

Start from checking some general guides for beginners, like these:

Most build guides will assume you know the non-build specific basics.

Also do yourself a favour and don't go with ranger / bow build as your first one, they're notoriously squishy and expensive to reach satisfactory equipment / gear.

Necromancers are really good these last 2 leagues and cheap to start. If you rather play spell caster I'd probably recommend something like essence drain + contagion trickster. For a melee something like lacerate gladiator or cyclone any duelist sub-class. Totem playstyles (hierophant) or traps / mines (saboteur) are also cheap to start, but you have to like these specific playstyles.
