3.9 Jugg BA ballista totem/Artillery Ballista Help

Hello,

I'm wondering if someone could give me some direction on how I can step up my build a bit. I've pretty much hit a wall at maps T2/3 are super slow.

Took Alira and I have all the passives.

I haven't managed to get a 5/6L as yet and I'm trying to level extra gems to roll for lvl21.

I'm trying to do fire damage/burning with lots of endurance charges.

I've been swapping things around but not making much progress.
