Dominating Blow Guardian Help

Hello everyone!

I've played the game for quite some time, but this build is my first. After playing a summoner, an aurabot, a berserker, etc. I wanted to take what I learned from those other classes and make something a bit different.

The issue that I'm having right now is I can run yellow maps, but when it comes to reds or third tier of the exiles on the new atlas ... he lacks enough dps and survivability.

I'm looking for some tweaking help, or skill changes that can help me enjoy more of the end game more.
