Raise spectre leveling

Yes the caps were raised to get the 3rd spectre from 21 to 25, but no where did it say changes about the 4th one. So what happened to the 4th spectre you’re supposed to get at gem lvl 31

No this is not true.

You can have 3 specters now. it is getting the fourth at level 25 is the difficult part.

As per the Patch notes

Raise Spectre
Additional Maximum Spectres are now unlocked at gem levels 13 and 25 (from 11 and 21)

If you look at my character Deaddonotdie

My shield has the Spectres in in, I get +2 to minion gems and this shield gives me +2 to minion gems, I have 18 levels on the gem +4 from the items and ascendancy.

I currently can summon 3 Spectres. If I want the fourth I need to upgrade my shield to the Fated version for +3 to minions gems or try to corrput the Specter gem to 21

yes, but there used to be a 4th spectre at gem lvl 31, got lvl 31 gem through +2 from wand, +3 from empower, +3 from helm +2 from ascendancy and it was corrupted to lvl 21 and still at 3 spectres at that lvl 31

If I had to guess it is probably 37 if it still exists since they are every 12 levels

Sorry we only get 3 Specters now from the gem itself it seems.

I do not think the Wiki is updated properly.

Seems it is possible to get 5 though. if you plan it well.

How do we have 5 spectres?

Normally we can have 2 spectre from 20 level gem also we get +1 spectre from skill tree. From body armour +1 spectre and lastly we need 25 level raise spectre gem for 5th spectre. To get that we need +1 all minion skill gems wand, +1 all raise spectre gems boots and 21 level raise spectre gem also ascendancy gives us +2 level.

Edit: Wiki has a total we can get. Just noticed it.

Total
Players can have a maximum of 8 (or more) Spectres at once:

2 (3) from the level 20 (25+) active skill
1 from the passive skill
1 from chest armour (wearing a rare chest with Delve drop-only prefix mod Subterranean or legacy Vis Mortis)
2 from weapons (dual wielding Midnight Bargain)
2 from 2 Soul's Wick (Cobalt Jewel)

But 2 of these options are not great. Souls wick the Spectres only last 20secs.

Dual wielding Midnight Bargain reserves 30% health so dual wielding is 60% reserved.
