Lag on Xbox?

I have a 5 Mb connection that goes through something like a cell tower, I don’t know what it is called. I often have double NAT troubles. I often find myself dying because the game thinks I’m standing in an area affect that I am not standing in as far as I can see on my screen. I also get severe rubberbanding intermittently . My ping time claims to be decent, around 100. Is there a way to turn my ping on in game? Or my troubles the fault of my connection? And if so is there anything I can do to make it work better so I only die through my mistakes rather than a false visual display?

No way to view ping / FPS on console for us while playing. Even with a hardwired 1Gbs connection I still get desync and lag.
