Galvanic arrow builds?

Sorry if i'm doing this in the wrong place but was curious with the change on shrapnel shot changing to Galvanic arrow i figured there might of been more new builds work around this skill but i'm actually not finding any.. Maybe i'm over looking but is this skill just not worth building around at this time or just no one is really interested in it?

The skill isn't even live yet for testing after rework, any "build" for it would be pure speculation / theorycrafting.

I was considering a Chin Sol Galvanic arrow trapper but now I'm not so sure. No more collateral damage and they nerfed point blank.....

point blank is nerfed but its still mandatory for anything with chin sol and stuff like galvanic arrow
