Welcome everyone! I wanna show you my crazy build. This is the first time I share my build here so please be patient with me. Thanks :D

Introducion

Soo, I wanted to make an endgame viable charged dash build, because I didnt see some before. First I try to make it without crit (with Elemental Overload) but the damage was too low.
After thinking I go to PoB and theory craft this build. I chose HoWA for the main weapon for the build and grab as many int and crit as possible together. The def system include high ES, evasion, blind, aspect of the spider, a little dodge and block, leech and regen.
Because my current build have some expensive, crafted item, I made a budget version of my build which items cost ~1exa.

Pros and Cons:

+ Crazy damage (30m+ Shaper DPS)
+ Great clearspeed
+ Always hit (100% hit chance)
+ High energy shield (10k+)
+ High evasion rating (10k without flask / 25k with flask)
+ No mana usage (because Weava the Arcane)
+ Immunity to Stun (because Ghost Shrouds)
+ Immunity to Chaos damage (because Chaos Inoculation)
+ Budget version can do all content (but not deathlessproof)

- Cannot do elemental reflect maps
- Cannot do physical reflect maps
- Charged Dash not an easy skill
- Not a league starter build
- Not a beginner friendly build
- Damage has a big range (inconsistent damage)
- Endgame version can be expensive


Stats


These are my stats of my copy build in PoB. The DPS is againts Shaper without shock, Vaal Ancestral Warchief, and Wave of Conviction. And this isnt the true number of it because PoB calculate Charged Dash's DPS incorrectly. Its deals more 75% of damage per stage and 150% more if illusion finished. So the correct damage is around 6-7.5x this value depend how many stage we have. Cant believe? Explanation


Keystones:

- Chaos Inoculation: Only ES and chaos immunity.
- Ghost Reaver: Allow leeching energy shield instead of life.
- Zealot's Oath: Allow regenerating energy shield instead of life.

Needed passives:
If you wanna fit my build for yourself there is a little list whats stats you have to keep in mind. I tried to wrote it in priority sequence.

Always good:

Trickster is the best ascendacy for this build.

Bandits


Alira (I prefer this):
Damage boost and easier to max resistances:
+20% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier
+15% to all Elemental Resistances

Kraityn:
Little boost damage, survivability, clearspeed:
6% increased Attack and Cast Speed
3% chance to Dodge Attacks
6% increased Movement Speed

Kill all:
Depend where you spend the points.

Soul of Lunaris:
Bboost survivability and clearspeed:
1% additional Physical Damage Reduction for each nearby Enemy, up to 8%
1% increased Movement Speed for each nearby Enemy, up to 8%
10% chance to avoid Projectile Damage
5% chance to Dodge Attacks and Spells if you've been Hit Recently
Avoid Projectiles that have Chained

Soul of Tukohama:
Boost survivability:
While stationary, gain 2% additional Physical Damage Reduction each second, up to a maximum of 8%
While stationary, gain 0.5% of Life Regenerated per second each second, up to a maximum of 2%

GearAnalysis


Weapon




This is the main part of this build. Try to get one with high increased intellgence. For more damage get one with corrupted implicit:
(14–18)% increased Critical Strike Chance
(5–7)% increased Attack Speed



Chest




This chest allow us to run 6 aura without spending points to reduced mana reserved. To reach this need an enlighten (lv4) in a corrupted implicit +1 to Level of Socketed Gems gloves and minimum 9% reduced mana reserved in Chest. Try to get a good roll with high to all attribute, minimum 9% reduced mana reserved and optionally high ES/EVA.



Gloves




Shaper's Touch is super cool for this build:

- Cheap
- Allow us to hit always (Crazy damage boost)
- Give a lot of ES
- Give a lot of EVA
- Possible to buy it with one corrupted implicit

For runing 6 aura without spending points, need a corrupted implicit +1 to Level of Socketed Gems and a socketed enlighten (lv4).



Helmet




This one is a rare. Stats we are looking for:

- High Intelligence
- High ES
- Elemental Resistances
- Nerby Enemies have -9% to Lightning Resistance (Merallic Fossil)

Craft: Metallic + Dense Fossils or Essence of Spite

Best base: Hubris Circle Helmet ilvl 85+

Encahntment:

There are several options depend what you want:

- Blood and Sand has 40% increased Buff Effect: best, damage and clearspeed boost
- 40% increased Charged Dash Damage: damage boost
- Charged Dash has 15% more Movement Speed: clearspeed
- Wrath has 15% reduced Mana Reservation: easier to run 6 aura
- 30% increased Conductivity Curse Effect: damage boost
- 30% increased Assassin's Mark Curse Effect: damage boost



Shield




This one is rare. Stats we are looking for:

- High Intelligence
- High ES
- Elemental Resistances

Craft: Dense Fossil or Essence of Spite

Best base: Titanium Spirit Shield ilvl 85+

Expensive alternativa: Atziri's Reflection



Boots




Sin Trek is good for starting, but a rare one can be super cool. Personaly I have Aspect of the Spider in it, but it can be in any of your rare part. Stats we are looking for:

- High Intelligence
- High ES
- Elemental Resistance
- Movement Speed (veiled onslaught mod is super cool)

Craft: Dense + Shuddering Fossils or Essence of Spite

Best base: Sorcerer or Two-Toned (EVA+ES) Boots ilvl 86+

Enchantment:

There are several options depend what you want:

- 16% increased Attack and Cast Speed if you've Killed Recently: damage boost
- Damage Penetrates 10% of Enemy Elemental Resistances if you haven't Killed Recently: damage boost against bosses
- Regenerate 2% of Life per second if you were Hit Recently: survivability



Belt




Cyclopean is good for starting + give immunity against burning and shock (if your stats allow it). Try to get one with high increased attribute. An elder based crystal belt can be far more better. Stats we are looking for:

- Increased Attribute
- High Intelligence
- Elemental Damage with Attacks
- Attack speed during Flask effect
- Melee Damage during Flask effect
- Elemental Resistances
- Flat energy shield

Craft: Essence of Spite

Best base: Elder Crystal Belt ilvl75+

Intelligence can only be crafted with Essence of Spite and higher the ilvl the better, but only ilvl 75 is necessary for T1 increased Attribute.



Rings


Budget:



Endgame:



This build use only rare rings. Stats we are looking for:

- High Intelligence
- Flat Energy Shield
- Elemental Resistance
- Elemental Damage with Attacks
- Added Lightning Damage

In endgame version of the build, we wanna use one more aura, so we need to craft an shaped base ring with:

- Curse Enemies with Level # Assasin's Mark on Hit
- High Intelligence

Craft: not necessary, just buy it

Best base: (Shaped) Diamond Ring ilvl82



Amulet


Budget:



Endgame:



Astramentis is a good for starting, but a simple rare one with a lot intelligence, crit multi, flat ES and increased ES is better. For endgame needed a shaped base amulet and the stats we are looking for:

- Increased Attribute
- Critical Multiplier
- Intelligence
- Damage per 15 Intelligence
- Damage Penetrate
- Increased ES
- Flat ES
- Elemental Damage with Attacks
- Added Lightning Damage

Craft: Chaos Orb

Best base: Shaped Agate Amulet ilvl82+

Anointment:
- Command of the Elements: best, damage and survivability boost
- Disemboweling: crazy damage boost



Jewels


Budget:

Rare one stats:

- Critical Multiplier
- Increased ES
- Intelligence
- Elemental Resistances (if necessary)

Unique jewels:

- Tempeted Flesh: Give 42% Crit Multi
- Pure Talent: Damage boost and Intelligence
- Watcher's Eye
- Lethal Pride

WatchersEye


It can be realy expensive, if u want a good one. Here is stats we are looking for:

- Gain (12-18)% of Maximum Mana as Extra Maximum Energy Shield while affected by Clarity
- +(30-50)% to Critical Strike Multiplier while affected by Precision
- Damage Penetrates (10-15)% Lightning Resistance while affected by Wrath
- (70-100)% increased Critical Strike Chance while affected by Wrath
- (40-60)% increased Lightning Damage while affected by Wrath
- (40-60)% increased Attack Damage while affected by Precision
- (10-15)% increased Attack Speed while affected by Precision
- Gain a Flask Charge when you deal a Critical Strike while affected by Precision
- Regenerate (1.5-2.5)% of Energy Shield per Second while affected by Discipline



LethelPride


Lethel Pride can be super cool, if it give good stats. Buy one and spam Divine Orb. Stats we are looking for:

- 10% chance to Intimidate Enemies for 4 seconds on Hit
- 5% chance to gain an Endurance Charge on Kill
- 5% chance to deal Double Damage
- +15% to Melee Critical Strike Multiplier
- 30% increased Melee Critical Strike Chance
- 20% increased Melee Damage





Flasks


Budget:



EndGame:



Stats we are needed:

- Immunity to Bleeding
- Immunity to Freeze
- Immunity to Curse

If you use a corrupted Pure Talent with "blood immunity" or an Atziri's Reflection, you can change one of this mod to increased Attack Speed.
Movement Flask is super cool for boost clearspeed, craft one with increased Movement Speed and increased effect.

Unique Flask:

- Wise Oak: Important! Lightning Resistance must be the highest
- Atziri's Promise
- Vessel of Vinktar: Only with shock immunity (with Cyclopean)
- Bottled Faith







Auras/Curses


The build use 6 aura:
- Wrath
- Discipline
- Blood and Sand
- Aspect of the Spider/Avion
- Clarity
- Precision

With a good Saqawal's Nest (at least 9% reduced mana reserced roll), Shaper's Touch with corrupted implicit +1 Level of Socketed Gems and Enlgihten (lv4) it is possible to run them without spend a single point to reserved Mana in Passive Tree.
If its not met, spend some point or get a shaped amulet with reserved mana. Other option is use Herald of Thunder instead of Wrath. Clarity and Precision is only necessary if your have a mod in Watcher's Eye belonging to it.
I think Aspect of the Spider is better because its give a huge survivability but with Aspect of the Avion (expecially with Saqawal's Nest) have bigger clearspeed. Choose which more important for you.

The build use 2 aura:
- Conductivity
- Assasins's Mark

If you want more survivability, conductivity is changeable.



Tips


Blood and Sand:

Change stances before bosses.

Craft:

Only craft those items, which are expensive or there arent any in poe.trade.

Jewels:

These items give huge ES and damage so try to get good ones.

Dont rush

Before bosses (specially shaper/über elder) wait and chain Charged Dash to collect the power and frenzy charges. Its more important with low budget gear.

Hey, yeah this is my only build in this league so I complete all of my challenges with it.

About blighted maps: not as good as a summoner build but I can do them easily with a good tower setup. If you want I can make a video where i do a t15 blighted map.
