Wretched Eternity Orb Trickster (Unnecessary Expensive en beginner unfriendly)

Hi, first off, the Wretched Orb or the Eternity Shroud builds are not my ideas I just used them as inspiration.

So, you are looking for a build that is very expensive and is just a showcase of your wealth while being extremely fun and can do T16 maps and probably shaper, elder & Uelder[my pc sucks so cant dodge without freezing, someone please test this with all shaped gear]

If there is enough interest from the community I will expand on every aspect of the choices and min max the build until 3.9 hits(probably will start in 3.9, 4.0 too)

Pros
Almost 100% Vaal Skill uptime, flask uptime and Winter Orb of over 20 seconds
pretty good leech and movement
very satisfying seeing your gear when you have it all

Cons
over 150 ex
without complete shaped gear damage lacks for T14+
oneshots are real if you dont/cant dodge

Note that I need to enchant my Solstice Vigil with Whispers of Doom (about 2ex) and am still missing a Shaped Headhunter([Shaped] Soulthirst is very fun as well!) and curse on hit opal ring(dont have the rest yet, trying to get more jewel sockets for 45+ resistance+%max life jewels)
This is the ring I want to equip when I get enough resistances.
Next passive I take will be "Ash, Frost and Storm"
For the uncrafted gear I am wearing or not using atm, I dont what to craft yet, probably increased spell damage and +as extra chaos damage.
