Need a confirm that leech enchant still exist

I've been spending 6 hours now in cruel lab and still no sign of the leech enchant on boot.
Does it still exist? Was there a ninja nerf on the enchants probability because I don't remember it being this hard when I was on pc...

It's there... At least there are reports of it. :) It just seems to be rare and pretty well noticed when it's absent. :(

Check a internet search. You'll find people complaining about it from years ago, but someone always seems to have eventually gotten it.
