Chaos penetration not displaying anywhere?

Does anyone know if chaos penetration is working? I don't see it displayed under my cobra lash skill stats. I know with elemental penetration it is always listed on the associated elemental based skill (on the skills page). Is it working and not displaying or is it not working? The penetration source is off my weapon (attacks with this weapon penetrate x% of chaos resistance).
