Need advice regarding chest piece

semi-casual player here. I skipped Betrayal and Delve and started again now in Blight, following Shleppels Ground Slam Slayer guide:

This might easily be the best item I ever found. I divined it twice and used one blessed orb. I think it turned out great! Of course I know it's not best in any way, but the question now is: Should I keep it, socket and link it? Or should I try to sell and use that money to get an equal chest with maim (the guide suggests it, but it's not mandatory). Or are there any "new" crafting ways through the last leagues that I skipped, that would give me other options.

I'd be grateful for any advice you can give me.

i hate to be 'that guy'. but it isnt worth anything.

its got a nice set of life and resists, but that is very common this late into the league. and it's not elder (or temple modded), so its missing the big % increased max life mod.

the 2 divines were 100% not worth using. thats 40 chaos you sent down the drain.

this search shows chest piece with 110 life, % max life, AND 75 assorted resists. you can see that they start at 1 chaos.

Looks like I am a bit of a yesterday-man being happy about my drop. I appreciate your openness and especially the searchlink you included. Very helpful! I am not too worried about the divines, the league drops them plenty. Maybe I'll keep the chest as a souvenir, to remember the time when these items were "good".
