Abyssal Imp weapon effect behaviour changed :((

Hello,
so in one of the recent patches the behaviour of the Abyssal Imp weapon effect changed A LOT! I loved the effect, especially on bows and even more so on the Slivertongue unique bow, because it gave the weapons a silver "coating" in addition to the green/black particle effects. However, it now no longer does this...

Is this a known issue and or are their any plans to correct this, as it was done with other MTX? It is a purchased product after all, which now no longer holds up to its original state.
