Help with import/export Hideout

Hi guys.



I am tired of fighting this problem.



Every time I want to import or export a hideout, my game window crashes and I have to re-enter.



I tried to install on another disk, tried to run in a window, tried to change the settings, tried to change HO, no use.



How can this be fixed?



I wrote on poe support e-mail week ago and no answer...

i have same problem but i fix it.
so:
before import hideout press -> reclaim all -> use default.
and try again to import hideout!
