Trying to fix my dead eye vaal rain of arrows build

Hi everyone. I started playing like a month ago and even at the beginning wasn´t enjoying the game, now I´m very happy for what I´ve achieved. But I realize I was following a incomplete and worng build and when I checked other builds and passive tress I knew I wasn´t in the correct path for my exile.
Now I´m in a situation where I can afford to buy gears but my passive is off and I don´t know if I can fix it or adapt. Can someone help please? I really want to get further in the game. Thanks in advance.

If you want to build phys rain of arrows impale build best I could say is drop tornado shot completely, get barrage for bosses / fat rares, there's a guy who plays similar spec you can take inspiration from it, for example copy what support gems he's putting: https://poe.ninja/challenge/builds/char/Hiita/MuBuLuBuTurBu?i=0&search=skill%3DRain-of-Arrows%26rain-of%20arrows-support%3DImpale

You definitely need more damage support gems instead of "increased area of effect" and ones that don't add any damage.

You can't copy his gear (too expensive) but get high phys damage bow (important for phys builds), you don't care for extra arrows or pierce on rain of arrows anyway (contrary to skills like ice shot / tornado shot) so don't overpay for that.

Lionseye's Fall is quite expensive this season afaik, don't spec any melee nodes if you can't afford the jewel that will transform them.

The biggest issue is that going full phys with impale doesn't get much support from ranger ascendancies, so the only people I found doing it were slayers / champions that get synergistic bonuses from their ascendancy.

Up to you if you try to continue this route or make another character, personally I'm not sure how much juice you can squeeze from pure phys ranger as opposed to slayer / champion. It can be made playable, but probably not worth investing crazy currency into.

Thx mate. I found a build that I´m trying to adapt now. It will cost lots of regret orbs and time but I really wanna fix my build. This is the build i´ll follow or at least most of it.
