help with ranger tornado shot.

I really like the game and I read some of the articles on the site already, but its a bit much information to learn when you are just starting out in this kind of game i played CS before, also i dont know which build is the recommended one since there is like 10 different tornado recommended builds. i chose tornado and ice golem but its not really working out. could someone give me a few pointers to what im doing wrong "im sure its a lot" and what i can do better. i dont know if you can see my skill tree as well. but that might be a bit fucked.
