hi, sorry if this is not place to public but desperate
4 days ago i put 3 times bad my password, because i change but in chrome no... so the page tell me send email support@grindinggear.com... i send 6 email and no have answer can somebody fix me this? Please do not send them multiple emails. That will update your ticket, give it a newer timestamp, and send it to the end of the queue. They usually work on the older tickets first.
You yourself are making the wait unnecessarily long. Just be patient and wait. It can take a few hour or a few days. |

You send one email and then wait...
After some time, they will ask you something, you will answer and then wait again... Then someone else will ask you something that first person didn't ask you, you will answer and guess what? Wait. Hy, i have a problem i login at a other position and now i have to confirm my account with my email but i dont have this old email.
Now i want to cange my email adress at he account but i dont get the mail form path of exile i have a gmail adress but a ohter one also dont work. So my problem is that i dot get a email form GGG Sorry but i cant play and stream on Twitch ist moany for me... And sorry for my english iam form austria xD By hopefuly someboady can help me :D |
