MF ( 36 Quant + Biscos ) Vaal Ice Nova Assasin for monolith farming in lower tier maps

This is a great build for farming open layout lower tier maps for farming monoliths. The build can basically release everything in a legion encounter with a single Vaal Ice Nova, and than kill everything once they're released with just an Ice Nova aswell.

The build is super fun to play because we are crit based and we used herald of ice with incredible amounts of aoe.

The build also has 36% Quant, permanent uptime on divination distillate and a biscos collar for amulet so we are heavily invested into MF with insane clear at the same time so it is a great build for making money in lower tier maps with 0 investment.
