Red sextant mods for challenge

Maybe I’m having extreme bad rng, but I have spammed at least 200 red sextant on PS4 and not had either of the mods required for this challenge I’m getting nothing but mods from yellow and white.

Has anyone on PS4 got the mods for this challenge?
Has it taken you more or less than I’ve stated?
