Dual Wield Cleave 600k shaper dps. (First own build, feedback highly appreciated)

So, I did my very first own build in poe on PoB. Now Im curious wether I did a good enough job, or wether I made some huge mistakes. I really want to get into theory crafting my own builds, so I appreciate every help that I can get.
