compare that implicit affix with shaped 20% phys added as X prefix of shaped amulets.
Don't put so much value on that implicit, in other words. It's inferior to shaped prefix, it's value is low(shapeds can have 2 prefixes like that at 20%) this is at the same power level of an average shaped amulet with phys gained as X mod. check similar shaped amulets.
