Add the option to disable sound muffling

Since some rather recent update, sounds are muffled when a player dies, even a party member.

Some people like it, others don't. Usually there's an option to turn these kinds of things on/off, depending on preference.

However, for this particular thing there is no option for the player to choose which one they prefer.

I personally find it extremely annoying, while I've heard that some other people like it. So please, add a checkbox in the Sound option menu for sound muffling.
