My raider is outdated, help make it modern

Now I want to come back and ask for help. My build is outdated, a large number of new items and skills have appeared and it is difficult for me to figure everything out right away. Help make my build up-to-date and up-to-date.

I would recommend starting over on legion league. Most people play league and this league has been a blast.

1. Replace mirage archer in barrage setup with vicious projectiles. That gem is only good for clearing.

2. find a way to fully convert physical to elemental. Gloves can have 25% (or 50%, if legacy) convert to some element or hatred watchers eye 40%. If buying gloves, make sure they have attack speed on them. Since you playing ice shot, i would recommend cold. That would open quiver slot for something with crit multi and additional arrow.

3. Once you fully converted, put in elemental penetration gem of that damage type in your single target setup instead of ice bite.

4. Your chance to hit is 92%. Consider using precision aura. It takes 180 flat mana reservation and you can choose to what level level it.

As you play character more you can acquire expensive updates like chest with base % critical to attacks or amulet with crit multi and "gain % of physical as extra element" mods.
