Player of 4+ years looking for Guild to join

I have been enjoying Legion a lot and am looking for a group of players to join up with. From US, playing on Texas/ Cali servers. Primarily on in the evenings from 10pm till around 2am MST.Primarily enjoy pushing towards the end game and running high level maps. Currently in low tier reds. Tried seeking out guilds to not find a lot of active recruiters. Is there a better method for finding guilds? I am not quite sure. Any ideas or invites appreciated or message me in game.
