3.7 Spectral Throw / Buzzsaw, any players?

Looking for a fast as fook mapper that isnt too painful at bossing and will be able to handle the 4/5 way boss fights and not be slow. I have 20ex ish to spend. Any 3.7 spectral throw builds?

I got an itch for spectral throw but cant really find any builds!
