WTB Specific legacy minion support ghastly eyes (updated 7/20)

Looking for a legacy ghastly eye with either of the following setups:

- T1 Life prefix (46+)
- T1 Added minion physical damage prefix (16-23+)
- Added minion damage if you've used a minion skill recently (must be 17%+)
- Increased minion attack and cast speed

- 15% Fire resist OR an 11%+ dual resist including fire OR all-resists.


Also open to offers of ghastly eyes with the two prefixes, one listed suffix, and an open suffix.

ALSO, I have a Ghastly eye matching the first, only with legacy T3 life, which which I would like to trade to upgrade to 40+ life (so still a legacy ghastly):
