Wanting to exchange 1 x exalt for chaos orbs

As the title says I want to exchange 1 exalt for the equivalent in chaos. I think it’s roughly 60 chaos according to what’s happening in trade but it’s impossible to sell there.

Surely there’s an easier way to do this?

I’m willing to take slightly less than the going rate as long as I’m not being completely ripped off. It would be good to get somewhere between 55 and 60:chaos.

I’m wanting to buy some reasonably expensive items that are both much less than an exalt but don’t have enough chaos to do it. Surely it can’t be this difficult?
