Trade Board on pathexile.com - Logged in on my Xbox Live account

Hi! Probably a dumb question. I'm logged in here with my Xbox Live account. When I look at the trade board are these Xbox One items or PC? How can I tell? When I've found something I want I've gone to the in game trade board and can't find the item.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
