Move Talismans to bottom of Amulet Trade Board

I know you can get Talismans this league, but I don't think they should be the top 20 items you can pick on the trade board. I think talismans should be flipped with actual regular amulets in the trade board considering they are 99% of the amulet drops. Makes for much easier searching on the board IMO.
