Additional Hotbars/rebind potion keys

Holding L2 to give us a new set hotbar set

Holding L2+R2 for a new hotbar set

Removing the need to use D-pad for potions. Too awkward to use, being able to bind L2+X for a potion would make it easier to use besides up D-pad for example.
