I'm pining for a Vaal Precision to compete with the other Vaal auras.

Is too strong even casters use it needs to be bumped up to a 50% reservation aura

I think a 50% reservation would be super overkill.
Maybe instead critical strike chance should scale from a lower value, maybe 10% up to current max or higher instead since I sometimes just use level 1 precision for a tiny bit crit on casters, also on some builds where EO uptime is really questionable. Or maybe increase accuracy at lower levels in exchange for critical strike chance for that purpose. But maybe it's also intended to be good for casters too so whatever. Divergent Precision quality effect "You and nearby allies deal 0,1% INCREASED damage" per 1% quality.
