3.7 Deadeye Legion Destroyer - Magma Orb

I've posted one of the builds I played on 3.6 in the Path of Exile Discord and a lot of people liked the idea so i'm sharing it here in case someone wants to use it aswell.

Very high clear speed will be key of the new league mecanic (Legion). That's where Magma Orb comes in. Clearing up to 3-4 screens in seconds will make this an easy task.

My build isn't fully optimised. I played arround with it and really wanted to play with a Bow, but you could very easily play with another weapon such as the newly improved Pledge of Hands.

It can easily achieve over 2M Shaper DPS

This is the closest, he uses Pledge of Hands.

How are you planning to recover your mana?

The best way would be to use Malachi's Awakening helm for massive amounts of flat ele damage, which gets rolled into the bonus damage from gloomfang.

With double cast speed wands having additional ele-to-chaos conversion, Deadeye cast speed etc you can easily get 2-3 mil flat damage on the last bounce.

You'll need some amount life on spell hit (from ring) + spell leech, but I don't think that'd be a big issue.

The hardest part obviously is getting Malachi's Awakending with the right enchant.

I did this as an inquisitor and Gloomfang a while back. Even with the blue MTX the look and sound of WHUMP WHUMP WHUMP nearly drove me insane. It's hella strong, though.

Might be worth doing it again as Deadeye with Eld Battery since the energy leech gem is actually quite strong DPS wise and solves the mana issue. I sold a fire leech corrupted Gloomfang like day 2 into the league and now I'm kicking myself. I'll have to look for another and probably pay a premium on it.

Edit - someone told me the sound has been modified. Is this true? If so, I'm going to play this again but this time with my sound on
