WTB single-fractured Gemini Claw (fractured: 38% incr. critchance)

Hi guys,

I am looking for a single-fractured Gemini Claw with 8.69% critchance.

It must have 38% incresed Critical Strike Chance as a fractured modifier and no other fractured modifiers, with the only exception being at least 31% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills.
Itemlevel and other stats do not matter. It can be blue or yellow, without damage or horrible rolls, it does not matter.
