Reanimation skill gem

Cast to revive an enemy as an allied version of their former self, however you can only revive 5 enemies as allies, revived magic & rare monsters retain some of their mods, skill effect lasts until they are slain or if the player moves too far away, Skill has no effect on enemies that can't be spectre'ed, converted or dominated
