Actiblizz stock is tanking again

$43.34 and falling.

Is this related to their bad decisions on Dibbles Immortal, lack of communication to their customers, massive laid-offs, shareholder-oriented business or the recent mandatory installation of spyware on your phone in order to attend Blizzcon?

Looks like all of the above. Last week some of the street analysts said their earnings were very "alarming". That is pretty much a guarantee unless there is some good news up their sleeve, that it will tank soon.

Told the wife to short it but NO. She hates shorting and prefers to deal in options when a bearish position is warranted. My stuff is all in an IRA so can't do anything fun like that. :(
Censored.
Not a surprise since WoW is dying for most people and most of their other games either are boring or take years to come out with anything new and with Bungie finally getting free of Activision with Destiny, they're losing pretty bad right now. Not many people I know or myself have any hope for WoW even with the 8.2 patch in it's current state.
Probably Overwatch has something to do with it too. The meta that has been going on for months is one of the......ok, the worst situation the game has ever been in since launch and their attempts to fix it have been fruitless. The entire core mechanics of the game have to be changed(forced team compositions) but they are being slow on this front too because of coding issues.

Overwatch used to be this huge shining success, not so anymore.

Diablo Immortal is not a bad decision, and that will become incredibly apparent when it releases.

Mobile games are the hot commodity right now. Makes sense to get into that market.

If they have any issues, its the fact they are just slow on releasing games. As soon as they release a new game, or even new xpac, everything will be right as rain again.

And as soon as Diablo Immortal releases, same deal. Meme's aside, people are gonna try it at least.

If it gets under $40 probably worth a buy at that price.
