Low Life Crit Divine Ire Inq

First: this is not a beginner build and this is also no guide.

i have not the time to write an indepth guide, nor do i think, that players who can afford this build will need a real guide.

the intention is merely to show interested players what is possible with div ire.

as far as i know - i have checked (and tried) mutiple variants of Div Ire - this is probably the one with the highest dps output (1.3 mil in HO in POB - fully charged, one hit with 20 stages does about 2.5 mil)and the best defense-setup (10 k es and between 20 and 30 block chance for attacks).
