(MTX suggestion)UFO Winter Orb MTX

I would like to have a winter orb MTX that look like UFO over my head.
UFO would replace the ice flower, it rolls clockwise and sparkling green and red light.
UFO would highlight the character by a beam of light, while the player is channeling the skill.
For the projectile part, blue energy with lighting effect would be great.
