Level 48 and new to building my ranger

Hey everyone I'm pretty sure you are all professional and tired of people asking but I need advice....I just reached level 48 and I want to know what gear I need and gems to use for my ranger to do the tornado shot?? I see all kinds of videos about it but no info on where I'm at I don't just want to throw things in and somehow make it work....I want my lovely ranger to kick ass and be the best ranger among my friends and I want to learn and build him to do so...so I'm asking if anyone can help with sending advice or send pictures of what you have built and gear you are using for level 48 and I am using the PS4..thanks everyone I really appreciate it

Dude theres so many tornado shot guides with leveling trees and recommendations. Dont be lazy.

I am actually the exact same level also playing tornado shot, but I've figured out my trees and most of the items, I just need to figure out WHERE to get them.. I need help and I don't think the wiki is enough this time lol
