improvement from the atackskill Flame Surge

Had an improvement here:
I use on my Char the Skill Flame Surge





The atack animation is triggert from de shield not from the Wand show the picters above.

its more a cosmetic improvement then I thin its looks better wenn the spell came from the wand then the shield
