Visual bug with new microtransaction

details:
on steam client.
Have tried on flat ground and different areas of the game.
Tried different auras, skill gems, swapping mtx.
Tried messing with every graphics setting possible.
Tried verifying integrity of game cache.
Seems to work fine for others but not me.
