[3.6 HELP] Trickster Lightning Tendril

Hello everyone, I would like to ask some help from experienced players about my possible league starter, if it can be viable from start till the end.

Lightning Tendril + Added lightning damage + innervate + increased area of effect (conc effect for bosses) + lightning penetration + empower(or 20lv arcane surge)

Lightning tendril has a short range and a channeling skill so I think it should be treated like a melee attack. (means requires good survivalability)

Some key points

- Shows DPS for 130k but the skill gem is buffed around %50 so I think it will be like 200k DPS. How viable is this?

- 5.5k HP + 1.5k ES (if optimized with 100 lv)

- For general %6 + %9 (from trickster passives) , +%20 (from fortify) = %35 less damage taken

- For attacks -> %14 block, %50 dodge, %80 evade = %7 chance to get hit (I'm not sure) with smoke cloud's blind -> %4 chance to get hit by attacks (still not sure)

- For spells -> %75 dodge chance

Staff is nearly endgame and body armour will be changed to a regular EV with hp. (Kaom or low EV armours are not an option because of ascendary)

Items on pob are mostly just for the filling blanks, so please don't think about my resistances or some other minor problems.

You're probably better off using some sort of cast while channelling setup along with lightning tendrils, possibly using a shaper staff with cast while channelling on it as an upgrade.

Yes I'm still thinking if it will be worth to CwC ARC to it, but around %20 dps nerf and %50 radius of chain nerf, I'm not sure about it.
