Double Strike animation only uses main hand when dual wielding?

Basically title. I can swear I remember you hitting with both hands but now you only swing your right weapon two times.

You're thinking of the wrong skill.
Double Strike - main hand, attacks twice. Dual Strike - both hands, attacks at the same time. | |
